My interest in glass started out in my early years, but my passion developed first when I myself stood in the foundry during an internship at Bergdalahyttan, 2018. As a design student at that time, studying my Bachelor's in the Kingdom of Glass, Småland, I felt an urge to engage with the county and its long history of crafts by making.  As I learned about the process from melted mass to brittle glass I fell in love with the living material. Since then I'm recurrently visiting the foundry to create, assist or just observe the handicraft.
